With this intellectual capability, you subconsciously change the energy and information processed by your mind and body, and by so doing, you transform who you are.

Although each individual has the same capacity for health, obviously, some individuals are using more of it than others, resulting in some people being healthier than others. Are they healthier because they are born with good health, or are they healthier because their lifestyle maximixes their potential?
The miracle of life is a testament to the mystery of Creation. To live the full potential of this miracle of life, you need to achieve two primary objectives: to prevent disease, and to promote longevity. These objectives can be achieved if you uphold wholeness in every facet of your life: your body, mind, emotion, and spirit.
